Employeely started in 2024 when our founder Aaron Talbot noticed a gap in the market: small and mid-size businesses were navigating complex HR and WHS obligations with no real support. The big consulting firms weren't interested. The cheap online templates weren't enough.
He built Employeely to fill that gap and support owners and leaders. Every client gets personalised support centred around their business and our team is reachable when something comes up.
Today we work with businesses across Australia in industries from professional services and hospitality to construction and retail. The brief is always the same: practical advice, honest counsel, and outcomes that actually stick.
